Refund and Returns Policy

At Voguexbeau, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible refund and returns policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

1. Returns Eligibility

You can return your purchase within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The product must not have been damaged or altered after delivery.
  • The return must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Opened or used items such as laptops and accessories where hygiene or safety might be compromised

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@voguexbeau.com or call 323-720-5215 within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

You are responsible for the shipping costs for returns unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is returned to us safely.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected, and we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your return is approved:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Refund Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective or an error was made on our part.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different model or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you want. Exchanges are not automatically processed.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@voguexbeau.com or call 323-720-5215. We will arrange for a return and issue a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the specified time:

  • First, check your bank or credit card statement for updates.
  • Then, contact your payment provider as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@voguexbeau.com.

7. Final Sale

Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or refunded. Please ensure that you check the product details before completing your purchase.
